Is this configuration suitable for a 1C server?
Hello! Please tell me there is a server, I want to use it as a 1C server, namely 1C Enterprise 8.3 and a PostgreSQL database. Configuration: 1x Xeon E5-2609v3 1.96GHz 6 cores, 8GB RAM and 600GB SAS hard drive. Total users 9-10 people (Accounting - 5 people, personnel - 2 people, warehouse - 2 people). The infobase weighs no more than 2GB, or we can take 5GB with a margin. Is this configuration suitable for a 1C server?

Since it's there, why not use it. At least double the memory. And so, you have few users, they will work fine. You can still take an SSD under the base.
For 10 not very active people is quite suitable. The frequency is, of course, not enough for 8.3, but people work quite well for such.
+ depending on the base scheme: RDP terminal or 1C server
It is possible to consider the idea of raising Hyper-V and spacing Postgre and 1C so that it is possible to balance cores and memory, and in which case it is easier to migrate somewhere.
