Is this configuration suitable for 1s server?

I am facing a choice. There is a small organization, about 15 people, about 10 people will use 1C.
We decided to switch from the file version to the 1C server version
. I have two configurations to choose from, either take a good computer and deploy it, or take a budget server and use it. Knowledgeable people, tell me, please.
