Is this book suitable for mastering discrete mathematics?

Hi all. Tell me, is reading this book enough to cover the most commonly used mathematics in programming? And is it suitable for studying with a mathematical base of grade 9, or look at simpler textbooks?

And what is your goal? Computer Science or industrial programming/websites/etc?
If the first, then you also need combinatorics, terver, matstat, linal and matan.
If the latter, then this one is probably enough.
