It is possible, but unfortunately not free. This fix has not hit the public yet. But these guys seem to be making good money on it. If you do not feel sorry for the money - contact them.

Unlocking is done via MEPD/MEP2 device unlock code.
You can either get it from your mobile operator or purchase it .
Then apply .
If BlackBerry uses any specific services, such as BIS, with your cellular operator, then it does not hurt to ask him if there will be any problems after unlocking the device.
