Can't install/uninstall BlackBerry Link?

After incorrectly uninstalling BlackBerry Link, I can't install it again.
When I try to install, it says: "The latest version of the software is currently installed" (Screen) 0f4aac30a4154df0b3017b64d2c75f2b.png
I manually deleted folders like research in motion, blackbery, etc. But the result is the same
How do I install BlackBerry Link without reinstalling Win?
