Hello.
I got a blackberry Q5 phone with 10 OS system. (Software version 10.3.2.2836)
The problem is that when you go to the blackberry World app and try to download the app, nothing happens. Those. choose an application, press the green DOWNLOAD button. For a couple of seconds it becomes inactive, then active again and that's it. No error, nothing writes and does not download.
In addition to resetting to the factory settings, nothing else comes to mind. Any other ideas?

Try updating BB World: Swipe down from top>Settings>General>Update BlackBerry World.

Also blocked is the address that is used to check the functionality of Wi-Fi, which is why at some points the phone thinks that Wi-Fi is not working and continues to use the mobile network. You have to completely turn off data transfer, then Wi-Fi starts to be used.
