Is there visual discomfort at 30hz 4k for a programmer?

Hello. Will there be any discomfort if I use a 4k monitor with a frequency of 30 hertz? Use exclusively for IDE, web surfing and terminal. No games, movies and other graphically loaded things.
Googling on this topic did not find a clear answer. Someone writes that there is discomfort, someone writes that there is no even when watching movies.
Has anyone had a similar experience with this frequency? Even if it's not 4k.

30 fps for watching movies is normal, for work somehow very little.
