Numbers need a lot (more than a hundred).

Вопрос 1 - по базе номеров, кодов и провайдеров.
Идеальное (непалимое) решение - сим-карты в модемах.
Вопрос 2 - в принципе можно накупить или нарегать аккаунтов Google Voice.
Также есть конторы типа receivesmsonline.eu
у которых можно взять в аренду приватные номера (незасвеченные).
