I have Hikvision IP cameras, they have a similar functionality.
In the presence of an alarm input \ output
The ability to perform an action when an event occurs (motion detection \ triggering an external alarm)
Quite easily configured.
It remains to connect the reed switch to the door and provide stable Internet access.
The motion sensor is superfluous here, because. The camera itself is very good at detecting motion.

Buy a smartphone, saw or look for a ready-made application (the question is in the concept of 'convenience of setting up an alarm'), mount it not on the wall so that the front camera looks where it needs to - profit.
Something tells me that in terms of money it will be the cheapest.
