Does not play records in ivms-4200, how to fix?

When you try to view recordings from video cameras, it gives an error (you can see it in the photo), the recordings themselves are written and you can open them through the player, but when you select a camera or cameras and the date and time of recording, it gives an error, I don’t know how to fix it anymore, I tried to find it in Google and nothing sensible that would help did not find

I don’t fully understand how and where you have configured the upload of archives, to a registrar or a separate computer / server?
if the computer then what does its file system have to do with it, because if the files are written and opened, then the problem is clearly in a different place
if on the registrar, then the problem is more likely in the software, since the ivms 4200 connects directly to the DVR and reads the archives from there. and again, if files are opened directly on it, but not through the program interface, then the conclusion is obvious

Corrupted ivms database file. Rearrange the new storage server, with formatting
If your registrars already know how to write to the NAS (depending on their age) - I would advise you to raise it.
