Is there such a camera for videoconferencing?

Good afternoon!
Initial data: it is planned to hold videoconferences indoors on the basis of one of the sites that use flash for this (for example, GVOConference). The distance between the presenter and the camera is about 10 meters. Of course, at such a distance, ordinary webcams do not provide sufficient clarity. At the same time, it is necessary to broadcast the image to the network only "up to the shoulders" - that is, as far as I understand, a fairly good, not "soapy" zoom is needed.
Now the question itself: are there webcams with the required functionality? Or are there other options for enabling the system in a similar configuration?

It can be any digital video camera with zoom. These have a USB interface, or FireWire, or HDMI.
If specialized cameras for conferences:
Motorized stand allows you to point the camera anywhere using the remote control.
Typically, such cameras are included in "camera-codec" kits , that is, you do not need a computer to make calls.

You can take an IP camera with a varifocal lens and use it as a webcam.

From budget options, i.e. cheaper than 100 tr, you can only consider the Logitech CC3000e. Unfortunately, this USB PTZ camera is not sold without a speakerphone, it would be even cheaper.

It's probably a budget issue. PTZ camera CleverMic 1010U2 is quite capable of performing all of the above tasks. Here is a sensor from Sony and a 10x zoom without distortion.
standing option. And if the budget allows, then you can take the 1010U model from this series, which is equipped with USB 3.0
