How to calculate the required Internet speed for streaming?

I'm trying to calculate the required speed for the stream.
At the moment, the stream settings are as follows:
video bitrate - 7500 kbps
audio bitrate - 128 kbps
(7500 + 128) / 1000 = 7.62
Do I understand correctly that streaming at these settings requires a speed of at least 7.62Mbps?

in general yes, but add another ten megabits for background services, browsers and other programs that you will use at the time of the stream

Formally, it seems so, but there are many nuances to take into account. For example, if you're streaming, then multiply the required speed by the predicted number of concurrent recipients. In fact, there are a lot of tips
