Is it possible to get a video stream from an ip camera without installing additional. browser extensions?

I thought that the issue would be solved using rtsp, but as it turned out, it requires a client-player. In a browser for rtsp playback, you need to download an extension like vlc.
Is there any way to do without third party extensions?

Alternatively, you can try Ivideon . Pushing rtsp or mjpeg over http directly to the site will not work due to the limited internal resources of the camera. It will not pull out more than 5-10 users at the same time.

Isn't Flash able to play such a video stream? I saw something similar.
