Is there something ready for self-written CRM to support IP-telephony in Python?
There is a CRM, the task is to attach IP-telephony to it, say Beeline, or Yandex, or Mango, in order to receive incoming calls directly to CRM.
Maybe there are ready-made packages in python. Or someone will be able to suggest which way to dig, links to implementation examples. I have never done this, there is no common understanding.

To implement what you need, you need integration with PBX - FreeSWITCH or Asterisk (the two most popular solutions at the moment).
Both systems have integrations with WebRTC, you need to integrate with it in order to receive / create calls in CRM.
