Please tell me a good, stable, reliable SIP provider for the Call Center from whom one could purchase a multichannel number for calls within Ukraine.

in my opinion they connected

as a city but then disconnected as the need disappeared

Take a big player, KyivStar. For 10 years, there were no special problems, the support works perfectly.
