Is there some range in the EAN13 standard reserved for private use of type like 192.168.* in IPv4?
Actually a subject. There was a task to generate EAN13 codes for goods that are supplied by the manufacturer without them (I use EAN13 as a primary key). I want to do it right so as not to create collisions with any other product of normal manufacturers. Is there some kind of range reserved for "sandboxes"? Some generate in 20*, but others say it is not correct.

Prefix of the national organization. In the barcode numeric designation, the first three digits are the GS1 prefix. They mean the code of the regional representative office of the GS1 association (registrar), in which the manufacturer of the product is registered, and does not at all indicate the country of origin (manufacturer or seller) of the product. The Association does not prohibit the registration of an enterprise with a registrar of another country. Detailed information about prefixes can be found on the website of the Russian representative office of GS1.
Separately reserved codes starting with the number "2" (prefixes from 200 to 299). These are codes for internal use by businesses for their own purposes. Any enterprise in any region of the world, as well as individuals can use them as they like, at their discretion, but only for their own internal purposes. The use of these codes outside the enterprise is prohibited. The internal content of codes starting with 2 can follow any logic that this or that enterprise has set for itself (usually these are retailers), and may contain the price or weight of the goods, or any other parameters. Especially often this coding is applied to the weight goods. These codes can be used by any enterprise, and they are not specifically registered anywhere and are not regulated by third parties.
