How to conditionally fill a cell in Excel from another cell?

There is a price list with availability, and you need to make sure that the "+" sign in the next cell is put when there are only sizes 42 43 44 (in any order, in any number of sizes, for example 42 42 42 43 44 44). But only if there are 42 43 44, if at least one of them does not exist, so that there is a "-" sign
