Is there software that allows you to perform any actions on the computer when an incoming call is received via SIP?
The bottom line is - an incoming call comes in, there is a hardware sip phone on the table - the manager picks up the phone and a file pops up on his computer with the text you need to say.
is it really possible to do that? those. some software that monitors the sip account and allows you to perform the necessary actions?

Based on the description, I would do it using the asterisk + jabber module bundle, and the manager's jabber client.
In general, asterisk + some crm I think will do.
Not necessarily at the PBX, but most likely you will have to write it yourself. If SIP-forking works for mango, then you can write your own program, which will show you whatever you want via SIP INVITE.
As a library from the opera source, you can take: trac.pjsip.org/repos/browser .
