How to measure the number of incoming calls on a sip line?
Hello, this is the situation:
In 2007, an organization at the initial stages of business development acquired several analog lines and an analog PBX, for telephone dialogues with customers, no one thought much about the number of received and missed calls.
Now the company's turnover has grown compared to 2007, and the management decided to use one SIP line with several channels instead of three analog lines.
Example:
1-SIP line, 9 channels, 3 operator girls:
At the peak of calls, girls communicate with three clients, while occupying 3 channels, on the remaining 7 channels, music plays in case of a call.
The question is whether it is possible to measure:
1. the number of incoming calls received per day
2. the number of customers who did not wait
3. maximum number of busy channels

Any SIP server collects such statistics. For an asterisk, this will be called queue_log. There will be waiting time in the queue, and the number of those who did not wait - in short, whatever you want.
