Is it possible to do this with 8-800 number?
Sometimes calling 8-800 numbers, I see that after a few seconds a completely different number is shown. What is it for? (this is the first question)
And the second, in order not to spend money 8-800, is it possible when you receive a call, online:
1) Say your application is accepted and on asterisk automatically dial the calling client (play a message to him that we so you just left a request for the number ... 8-800), and in parallel connect with the manager
2) Transfer the call online and incoming (for us) to outgoing (for us)? That is, a person called, and the system automatically dials and hangs up ... something like this, and in this case, so that for the client it would be like an outgoing call (or such a fantasy option)? )
Perhaps there are still some moments for "reducing the cost of 8-800", and the number itself is 8-800 from a megaphone.
Thank you.

question 1: It is quite possible that the old 8-800 has already been abandoned and the provider is redirecting to a new number.
question 2:
1. callback
When calling our call center in one of the projects of the organization where I worked outside working hours or when managers were busy, the client was offered to leave a request for a callback (press 1) or hang further on the line.
The number entered the callback queue, and when operators appeared in this queue, the system automatically dialed the client and then connected it to the operator from the queue.
You can observe the same behavior in, for example, some collection services when they call you, and after receiving the call you hear "I'm connecting with the operator" =)
1) In general, 8-800 is just a virtual number, in any case it redirects to the number that is indicated either in the contract or in your personal account. So redirection is the norm.
2) answered above - callback
