Is there software for deploying a cloud PBX with a simple subscriber interface?

Hello.
Maybe someone knows or has come across such a software product as Mango office or similar, but not in the cloud, but supplied as a software product for installation on your server?

The fact is that there are all sorts of webmords for Asterisk and similar products, but they have two big disadvantages:
1) Asterisk is not certified in the Russian Federation to be provided to subscribers by telephony providers through this software.
2) An ordinary user will not understand interfaces with a bunch of buttons, tabs, and teeming with unfamiliar terms.

The task is to launch a cloud telephony service with a simple and understandable interface, where there are buttons "Download welcome music", "make forwarding", "create a cyclic search group", "record conversations", and so on. no frills, and incomprehensible terms like "trunk", "extension".

We requested a software and hardware complex from the Proteus Research and Development Center, but they offer exactly software with an operator interface, where thousands of functions are implemented that the subscriber simply cannot figure out on his own.

Ask Eltex again. As far as I know, their ECSS-10 softswitch also has a customizable subscriber portal.
