There is a server with Asterisk, and we need to make sure that when the caller calls our operator, and as soon as the operator picks up the phone to answer, only the message is played for the operator, at the beginning of the call. Several phone numbers, different organizations are configured on one device. This is necessary so that when the operator picks up the phone, she first hears that the call is from the company XXX, and only then the conversation begins, so that the operator immediately understands what issues the conversation will be about
