Look at MEPhI, part-time faculty ( mephi.ru/about/faculty/Faculty_distance_education ). There is a specialty 10.03.01 - information security (methods of protecting information in computer systems and networks). But I can't say for sure. It's best to call there.

The best thing is, as @morgane noted , it is the courses provided that you do not want to enter full-time.
And courses on information security can be found on the net a wagon and a small cart!

It is necessary to indicate what goals are being pursued. Get "crusts"? Gain knowledge? At least give an introductory - city / desired university / something else.
In addition, information security is a very multifaceted field, for example, if you are interested in gaining knowledge in the field of information security management / organization, then specialty 090103 is better suited.

I was interested in what that time ago was not (at least in my city). And if you are not interested in the crust, take a closer look at the courses. there are very extensive courses on ib and give a good crust, not higher, but still.

3 years have passed, the situation has not changed, there is no correspondence department for information security anywhere. Any vacancy requires a higher education, but there is no opportunity to go full-time. Question: What specialty of higher education is suitable for work in this area?
