How to check JBoss server for vulnerability? (due to the worm epidemic)

I am a complete noob at JBoss. It's just that the organization uses a proprietary product that is based on JBoss (the product installer for Linux installs its jboss, tomcat, mysql, and a bunch of other things in a separate directory).

So, how would you check it for vulnerabilities ?
