How to safely and easily store access to client hosting?
Given: a small web studio. There are quite a lot of clients, and most of them have their own hosting/domains from different registrars. At the moment, some of the accesses are stored in an excel file by the manager, some have to be searched for in correspondence, often 3-4 years ago.
Are there any means of centralized storage of this important information? Something like a corporate wiki, but with the ability to control user access levels?
