Crowdfunding

Is there crowdfunding on a regular basis?

Hello, I have free software that I work with in my free time, but purely on trifles, there is a mistake to fix, etc., there are clients who need new functionality in the software and they are ready to pay for it. I don’t want to transfer the software itself to a paid basis, but it’s not ice to do updates for free either (you also need to pay for gas, water, electricity, etc.).
Actually, this is where the question is, are there any fundraising sites, according to this principle:
1) I create a collection - "New functionality **", indicate the description and price of how much you need to collect
2) Users who are interested in it, dump how many they don't mind.
3) After full or partial collection (if I decide that this is enough), I receive money, add new functionality to the software and release an update for everyone (that is, the software remains free).
From the service you need:
1) Interface in Russian
2) A quick opportunity for customers to donate funds to the collection (without problems)
3) A list of other active fees (only mine)
4) The system must have popular electronic systems
5) Well, the minimum commission, and so -the same opportunity to complete the collection manually and get what was collected
I understand that the implementation of such functionality on my website will take 1-2 weeks (implementation in my free time) and in principle this is acceptable, but perhaps there is already such a service and I would like to use what is, so as not to reinvent the wheel.

The easiest way to do this is on your website. Just don't bother with development, it's done in an evening.
Simply design a page in HTML what will be done and how much money is needed. Payment - Yandex money is screwed up for the evening, they seem to be able to even work with physicists.
Your site already has a target audience, it will be easier for them to pay.

Maybe it's worth looking in the direction of donation systems?
