Is there any way to use tor in PHP without installation?

Even if for peaceful purposes I carry out a slow post attack, but still it is worth protecting yourself from law enforcement raids at least with a tor.
Is there a PHP library for using the tor network that doesn't require tor to be installed?
Or can it be very easy to have a tor proxy and you yourself can write a couple of lines of code for this? This is not sarcasm, I just don't really understand what I'm dealing with.

Nizya without a dedicated server. If there is a familiar serv to exit through the tor, then please stick as you like on the standard port 9050 (If not changed?).
Well, if you use Windows, then download the Expert Bundle from the off site, do everything as described, in the end you will run tor.exe
If Linux, it's even easier, sudo apt-get install tor && tor
After starting tor, you can safely connect via 127.0. 0.1:9050 and Thor is a socks proxy. Good luck. )
