Is there any way to synchronize 2 btrfs partitions?

There is Ubuntu Server 14.04, with partitions / and / home, btrfs and ext4, respectively. An external hard drive with a btrfs system is connected to the computer. Is it possible to synchronize them somehow?
Upd.: While doing it through standard commands, I made a mount of the root of the partition into the prepared /mnt/Backup folder, and then send - recieve read snapshot to the disk. In theory, the btrbkp utility can also be set on this mount, no method works without mounting the root partition into a separate folder
