Is there any way to check the presence / absence of a file in the browser cache, for example CSS files, JS files, fonts and others?
Let's say we visit a site page and find out before the page is returned to PHP and / or at its early stages through JS in HEAD - there is this file in the browser cache (if the file is present / absent, then we do something). Concrete examples are welcome.
