Hello!
Tell me, is there any clear form for obtaining consent to the processing of personal data?
An example is accepting applications, where the client indicates his Name and Phone, do I definitely need a block with text, where it says that he agrees to all this if he clicks send?
And if so, does it have to have a strictly defined text and design, or is the presence of text in the adjacent block sufficient?
