What to do if the idea of the site and part of it was copied?
Suppose I created a site with tests and filled it with content. I understand that, given the previous description, the phrase "copied the idea" seems silly, since such sites are a dime a dozen. But it's not that simple! Tests will be with a unique structure and functionality (I don’t want to burn the idea). So imagine that this is a unique product.
What if the idea of the site and most of the content (questions) are copied, simply wrapped in a different design? Those. you will get a site with a similar structure, the same content, exactly the same idea, but with a different design. Is there a way to protect the site idea from being copied?

There is such a thing with the site that it cannot be protected. And you can unroll. Now, if your site is the first on this topic and promoted, then everything will be ok - let them copy it. Do you know how many times Vkontakte and Odnoklassniki copied? And where are they all?
Since the idea was published, only the head start that gives the right of the first and the competitive struggle remains. So you're just asking the wrong question.
Is there a way to protect the site idea from being copied?
Text (content) is protected in the same way as books, photos, music, etc., incl. computer codes.
The question is different - how often are you ready to search for plagiarism and work out litigation?
Didn't find what you were looking for?
