You invented AutoCAD. :) (there are also simpler analogues).

This is a really powerful tool (but also very expensive), you can do complex bindings (intersections, normals, tangents, a bunch of everything), you can set size dependence formulas. In short, you need to spend several years just learning everything that this program can do.
