Is there any point in having links that can't be followed?

Good afternoon!
A question for SEO experts: do search engines recognize links that are placed purely in text form? Or links to the promoted site must be clickable so that the search engine "eats" them?

links of a purely text type, with nofollow and noindex are not taken into account.
