Will there be an effect of the SEO text on the main page, despite the fact that it comes after the blocks of endless content loading?
I.e. There is a SEO-optimized text ~ 8 thousand characters. Which comes right after the blocks. Which are constantly loaded when scrolling (Each block contains a photo + 2 words). And in fact, the blocks are loaded "conditionally indefinitely", since there can be several thousand of these blocks with a photo.
How do search engines treat such content? Will he be fed to them? And will there be consequences and filters?

They will see that everything will be fine, no sanctions and filters are required for this.
How effective will it be in the presence of loading blocks?
Will. Although search engines have learned how to execute JS, they still have the problem of interacting with Ajax technology. Due to circumstances, they do not generate page scroll events during ranking (correct me if someone has encountered scrolling by search engines and can show this), therefore, additional blocks are not loaded, do not form content, and therefore do not affect the relevance of the page.
Do not forget that the position of the page is necessarily affected not only by the SEO text, but also by its environment - the header, menu, footer, and so on. Evaluate the quality of the page, taking into account all the letters that are located on it, and you will be Top!
