Machine translation from one language to another

Is there any normal translator for Windows?

Greetings.
It costs Windows 10.
Is there any good translator who will translate from English into Russian when a phrase is highlighted? For example, there is a document in PDF format, and when you select words in a small pop-up window (very desirable), a translation from English into Russian appears. Ideally, it would also be with pronunciation, well, or at least transcription, but by the way, you can do without it at all.

Open PDF in Chrome, and in Chrome itself use the plugin from LinguaLeo https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/linguale...

These types of translators are called contextual translators. I recommend the QTranslate program. There are several translators in one program at once (Prompt, Google, Yandex, Bing). You can select, and the translation will appear, what you need. But for this you need to pre-configure everything. The program is simple, I think you can handle it yourself. If you need translation quality, use the Multitran service. True, they do not have a contextual translator.

Yes! I add to the plugin from Lingualeo, I read articles in the browser, I click on an unfamiliar word and the translation is immediately visible. Then you can add this word to your dictionary in the app and learn it) https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/linguale...
