To know where conditions are better, pay more?

I have not met specialized reviewers, except for topics that periodically appear on specialized forums. I advise the following strategy: make a selection of franchises of the region you are interested in using the 1C website, and then use Google / Yandex for each separately to query "review about the employer XYZ", "employee feedback about XYZ" and so on. Even if you don’t find reviews (the company paid extra for their removal), you will still have a chance to form an opinion about the type of activity (only working with warehouse logistics, only the hotel business, only specializing in developers or grabbing everything) and the period of work for market (publications from the late 90s or complete zero and suspicion of a one-day company for a tender).
