Is there any convenient and simple system for automating the launch of scripts / software on multiple machines (Windows)?

You need a system to perform routine actions in a group of computers running OS Windows.
List of possible tasks:
- Managing the task scheduler
- Installing and removing software, devices
- Running various scripts (self-written)
- File management
- Batch adding new PCs

I do not want AD - only Remote Powershell and a bunch of scripts (maybe even ansible, but it is controlled only from Linux hosts).
