How to automate uploading images to twitter?

Now works through bufferapp (the only ones who support images for free), but there is a limit of 10 tweets in the schedule (you have to go there from time to time).
I wanted to do it through IFTTT , but it's too simple for this task. For example , "on Tuesday and Friday, take a picture from the dropbox and post it on Twitter" cannot be done.
Can you recommend something? For the sake of one script that will be executed once a week, it's a pity to pay for VPS'ku. Moreover, you will have to understand the API... (⌒_⌒)

Somehow I wrote a program for myself for automatic posting - ProTwitt - a program for automatically filling TV ... it uses the LinqToTwitter library, everything seems to be simple, there should be no problems with the picture, if it's interesting I can add the functionality of posting pictures in this winforms programline
