Is there any benefit from multiple foreign languages in IT?
Gentlemen, programmers, I myself have nothing to do with IT, but here the situation is interesting: at the age of 32, my classmate, an Arabist, decided to become your colleague and is now studying all sorts of Java Script and Ruby, along the way restoring his English. And it became interesting to me, but in your field in general, can his knowledge of Arabic be somehow used?

I think that for a real professional programmer it is worth learning one foreign language - English. Communication in this international language will allow you to be understood in any of the Western and European countries.
Any programming language consists of English words, symbols and numbers.
