Is there any "analogue" htmlbook, only for svg?

I am very superficially familiar with SVG (namely, tags, styles (color (background) -> fill)).
I understand that, like html5, some svgN appeared (namely, version 1.1 in 2011), which brought with it many (or not so) different goodies .
Suddenly I sat down to write inline-SVG, but what and how (well, except for the basis) - the devil knows. I started searching the Internet for svg attributes - I realized that I didn’t really know anything about them and tags, because these “answers” gave rise to even bigger questions (.
HTML once discovered for myself a long time ago ( studied) together with PHP: constant reading and changing the code in a little-known CMS template (change, look, change...); then htmlbook - I used it only as a reference (read about the tags of the same html5, css3), as well as the W3C specification (much later) ...
And where is it better to start mastering SVG and how to use it in the future, when the basics are already studied?
