Is there anonymity if you connect to the Internet using a cellular operator under the following conditions?

With the help of a smartphone, a person enters a site in his profile, only his nickname is indicated in the profile.
Internet connection is carried out using a SIM card of one of the cellular network operators (for example, MTS).
The SIM card is issued to the person himself.
Given the above, there can be no question of any anonymity, right?
Since this person can be tracked by his SIM card.

When working through a cellular operator, anonymity cannot be by definition. I mean, of course, regular work, and not a one-time contact through a SIM card purchased for the homeless Vasya, which in half an hour is thrown into a puddle of acid, and the phone is placed under the train.
In this case, of course, it means anonymity against the state. Against a neighbor / wife / employer, this method is quite working.
UPD: Of course, it may well turn out that a neighbor / wife / employer has access to your operator, but now you can quickly and easily get hooked on this ...

In the current realities, anonymity through a mobile phone is achieved as follows:
PS You also need to take care of the anonymous crediting of the payment, but that's another story.

Anonymity from whom?
From neighbor Vasya, such an approach will provide anonymity completely.
From the FSB - no, since the FSB has access to information about the connection of the telephone number with the passport data of the official owner.
