Hello!
We use the Aspro solution. Next. There is a subscription form and a whole section with subscriptions in your personal account.
Everyone who subscribes to the newsletter gets into Services - Mailings - Subscribers
But we signed some of them ourselves through Import. And now these people can't unsubscribe normally.
Tell me, how can a person unsubscribe from the mailing list by standard means? Maybe there is a magic link that unsubscribes a person automatically?

As far as I know, there is no such thing in Bitrix by default. You need to search or write yourself.
Or create a page with a list of subscriptions and send to it so that a person can manage their subscriptions there
