whether it will be correct to fill in simply in myAdmin base from fighting?

No, the product architecture does not imply replication at the database level.
Transferring the database can cause a failure of the system as a whole.

Unfortunately, the platform does not provide for such a transfer. Depending on the nature of the changes, it is necessary to take into account the various features of different businesses.
For example, we practice:
1) All development is carried out only on the test version, and it is transferred to the combat version by migrations.
Those. in battle, you can only enter new content, edit existing content.
Absolutely impossible: change fields, create new infoblocks, etc.
2) Once a quarter (or on a conditional event) a full backup of the combat server.
Those. a full copy of the site is taken and deployed instead of the current test server.
Actually the first option does not cancel the second and vice versa.
