I thought it was the bitrix:catalog.section.list component .but the accessories are in another section?
Is it possible to refer to a section in a page template and get its subsections, for example, via GetList?

I do not see any fundamental difficulties in the implementation of such a scheme.
The proposed variant resembles a certain combined variant of displaying infoblocks and sections in the general list (see infoblock settings).
In general, you can simply write your own component using: CIBlockSection::GetMixedList
Well, if you don’t want to write your own component, you can always wrap the elements into sections and use the traditional bitrix:catalog.section.list
