Is there an organizer that calculates the time to complete a task?

We need such an organizer so that the task pops up, and I would confirm that I had begun to complete it and the countdown would begin, then I would confirm that I had completed the task. The organizer would save and when performing the same task the next time, would tell me that I became faster or slower to complete the task.
