Yes, for this you need to:
1) use Windows 8 Enterprise (for other editions you will need small dances with a tambourine)
2) put it on VHD as WTG
3) collect the UDF ISO image and add a bootloader compatible with W8
4) cut the
Profit image.
True, there are a few BUTs: Windows does not automatically update files on UDFs, so files will not be updated when they change.
