1. First stupidly converted hard to mbr. It turned out that the laptop itself before installation converts everything back.
2. I started digging towards turning off uifi. From current:

fast boot:disabled
in csm configuration:
csm support:enabled boot option
filter:legacy only
network:legacy
storage:legacy
video:legacy
other PCI devices:legacy
sees a flash drive, but does not want to run the installation from it, supposedly there is nothing on it. If we change boot option filter: legacy only to boot option filter: uefi and legacy, then the installation starts, but accordingly Windows is not installed due to "in uefi mode it only works with gpt"
ps Windows 10 needs to be installed (license), but it's important that it be hard in mbr. How to do it?
