At the moment I am a second-year student in Moscow and there is a great desire to transfer to an IT specialty. I also want to move from Moscow back to Kazan. Is it possible to get a normal education within the walls of one of the Kazan universities and then find a job in a normal position? Do any companies in Kazan take interns, etc.? Or is it normal to live in IT only in Moscow?
Preferably with examples.

1. IT is available in all major cities and it is realistic to find a job.
2. Some Moscow firms work on the principle of "management in Moscow, development in ...", among the cities I know NN, Ekb, Novosib, Ufa, etc (sorry, but I don’t know much about Kazan in this regard)
3. IT is developing in Kazan now, look at what IT park was opened there + the second one in the boats, and innapolis is being promoted to the fullest, I think not from scratch and it seems like the republican program provides for the development of the IT sector.
4. I’m not from Kazan, but I was periodically offered a remote to companies from Kazan (I don’t remember the company, I actively hiccuped remotely last year)
The only thing that is good in Moscow is the salary, 80% of the Muscovite programmers that I encountered had a mega inflated self-importance that they were the gods of programming, but in reality everything turned out to be very sad (maybe of course I came across such people, I don’t want to offend anyone)
