Is there an iOS command for connecting to the Moscow metro wireless network?

Previously, when connecting to the network, a browser window with a login form automatically opened, now you have to manually go to wi-fi.ru for authorization. Recently I learned about quick commands and thought if it was possible to turn on the wireless network module by calling the command, connect to the metro guest network and open a browser with the required address for authorization. Ideally, of course, so that the banners are closed (or even suddenly skipped) without my participation. Google is currently issuing commands simply to enable / disable the wireless network module.
