Is there an image search service with a decent API?

Good day everyone!
I conceived, as part of self-study, a Java project - generating a mosaic picture from other pictures of the same subject, I got up as soon as I realized that I had no desire and was not expected to look for 30,000 pictures manually for a test database. It would be logical to automate this business and add it to the result as a separate feature. And here is another problem, I did not find a single decent service that could give me links to pictures on an API request. In my ideal world, it looks like:
magic-host/api/v1.0/?getPictures= "beautiful girl"&size="200*250"&licence="CC"&number=3000
and he gave me three thousand pictures with the right subject. Google's api is perfect, but they can't serve more than 64 images in a single request.
